No. Because the main requirement for design registration is novelty, first of all it is required to file a registration application which will disclose your design as your right officially (and in most cases internationally) recognized from the date you filed it. It has to be done before disclosing your design, so this way you will be protected from third party peculation. If it is necessary for you to disclose your design to others before filing an application for registered design, ensure that you have the other party sign a confidentiality agreement.
